Experimenting with Sub-Genres

This task was to find out about the new ways that we could film and I have learnt that by using different angles and shot types it can affect the way that the audience perceives the character portrayed in the scene. I now, will use the most effective shots in my groups opening sequence knowing that it is successful after asking my peers for feedback.

·       Sub-genre: action

·       How does it reflect this sub-genre: George is hanging himself off the ladder as if he is being chased giving the impression of tension.
·       www: the photo is in focus
·       ebi: the camera was at a lower angle so that it looked more of a worms view.

·    Sub-genre: comedy

·       How does it reflect this sub-genre: Dan has the camera as his POV whilst tripping up. This creates a comical view as if he was falling.
·       www: the focus was on the ground where he was going to land
·       ebi: his hand was in focus
