Timeline of Titles

 

There are a total of 14 titles in the 'Intruders' Opening title sequence. The first title is the main actor, this is important as this is the most important character that holds the most power and attracts the audiences attention throught the film. This tends to suggest that the actor wants to have the most publicity. At the end of the title sequence comes the director as they have a key role in producing and creating the production.

The font of the titles is very thin and in capitals and makes it stand-out from part of the film. the way that they have put the font into the scene makes it look more bold and helps the film to flow and get the spooky feel that needs to be presented to the viewer.

Finally comparing this title sequence to se7en the titles in both of the sequences make sure that little is revealed about the actual film making both of the sequences very suitable for the Thriller genre. Although I believe that the opening titles of se7en links very well to the Thriller genre and that the way the titles are put causes the audience to feel disoriented, I believe that 'Intruders' did a better job and made sure that the audience felt confused and ponder what was too happen, therefore making it more effective.
